Marlboro County Acquires 56 Acres To Preserve As Open Space

Marlboro Township completed the purchase of Stattel Farm, at Rts. 520 and 79 in Marlboro, a project they have been working on for more than nine years. A total of 56 acres will be preserved as open space forever.

The acquisition of this land does not impact the budget or local taxes. The Township applied land preservation funding already authorized and in place, including the Township’s dedicated Open Space Trust Fund, NJ Green Acres Matching Grant and state Agricultural Development Committee funding in order to complete the acquisition.

Marlboro Township has logged several open space preservation successes with the Tennent Road (30 acres), Smith Farm (16 acres), Penksa Farm (21 acres) and Baydock Holdings (50 acres) projects.

The Township's continuing efforts to maintain open space is important for the quality of life in our community today, as well as preserving our community's lifestyle for future generations.

The Importance of Customer Reviews

According to the research findings of the Annual Bright Local Consumer Review Survey 2016 84% of people trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation, and 90% of consumers read less than 10 reviews before forming an opinion about a business.

Well, the real estate industry has been relying on a form of reviews, personal referrals, for a very long time.  A large percentage of consumers will ask family, friends and co-workers to recommend agents to them.

At the closing of each sale, our customers are provided with a Century 21 Satisfaction Survey to complete.  At the end of the survey, they have an opportunity to write a recommendation for their agent.  Please take a moment to read what our customers have to say about the service they received from our agent associates.

We're proud of our entire staff for their dedication to truly serving the needs of their clients.  View Our Customer Reviews
