Open House in the Winter? Make a Powerful First Impression

When preparing your home for an Open House this time of year, be sure to pay as much attention to the outside as you do to the inside. You want to create a great first impression, so by the time potential buyers enter your home, they are already optimistic about living there.

Here are some relatively easy things you can do to create the most inviting exterior without breaking the bank or your back. Also be aware that most buyers will ride by and check out the exterior of your home before even considering viewing the inside.  So it can be argued that the exterior is 'the most important' selling feature.

The Importance of Customer Reviews

According to the research findings of the Annual Bright Local Consumer Review Survey 2016 84% of people trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation, and 90% of consumers read less than 10 reviews before forming an opinion about a business.

Well, the real estate industry has been relying on a form of reviews, personal referrals, for a very long time.  A large percentage of consumers will ask family, friends and co-workers to recommend agents to them.  

At the closing of each sale, our customers are provided with a Century 21 Satisfaction Survey to complete.  At the end of the survey, they have an opportunity to write a recommendation for their agent.  Please take a moment to read what our customers have to say about the service they received from our agent associates.
