COMPLIMENTARY SALES STRATEGIES & CRITICAL EVALUATION

Within a short period of time after having your home listed, we will evaluate our market strategy to determine which promotional efforts and marketing channels produced the most interest and showings.  This analysis will guide us in making the necessary adjustments and deciding which media to emphasize more in our marketing approach.

On a weekly basis we will report activity to you directly. We will also follow-up with Realtors who toured your home to discuss their customer’s opinions of your home.
